  • Graphite Heat Sink can recycle waste materials and reuse them for production and utilization. It is environmentally friendly, carbon-neutral and energy-reducing, and complies with EU RoHS and US TSCA specifications.
  • Graphite powder is made into the appearance of a radiator through high temperature and high pressure, which can have fast thermal conductivity and have the characteristics of low density and light weight. Through the integral molding process, the cost of a large amount of CNC processing in the later stage can be reduced, which can have obvious effects on cost reduction.

  • Graphite Heat Sink has the heat dissipation characteristics of metal and ceramic sheets, and is easy to manufacture various complex structural shapes and has anti-oxidation and corrosion resistance properties.

  • The cost of Graphite Heat Sink is lower than metal heat sink and ceramic heat sink.

  • Graphite can produce samples through machining without opening molds, reducing the time and cost of proofing.

  • Graphite is light in weight (specific gravity 2.15), high thermal conductivity and high emissivity.

  • Graphite:

    1. It only needs 180°C rapid hot press forming, and the energy consumption is low.

    2. Recyclable waste is reused for production, carbon neutrality and energy reduction are very friendly to the environment.

    3. Comply with EU RoHS and US TSCA requirements.

  • Traditional Aluminum Profile :

    1. High-temperature melting and extrusion of aluminum ingots consumes a lot of energy and can be recycled and reused.

    2. The surface needs to be anodized and there is a problem of chemical waste discharge.

  • Sintered Ceramic Material :

    1. High temperature sintering requires high energy consumption.

    2. Cannot be recycled.
